Payment & Refund Policy
1. Payment Terms
Atoclick LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following payment terms apply to all services:
- Deposit: A deposit of 40% of the total project cost is required before work begins. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate resources to your project.
- Milestone Payments: Depending on the scope and duration of the project, payments may be divided into milestones. Each milestone payment must be completed before we proceed to the next phase of the project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over to you.
2. Credit in Footer
As part of our service, we reserve the right to include a small, discreet credit in the footer of the websites we develop, such as “Website by Atoclick LLC.” This credit is a recognition of our work and a part of our standard agreement.
- Opting Out of Footer Credit: If you prefer not to include our credit on your website, a fee of 30% of the total project cost will be added to your final invoice. This fee compensates for the loss of our branding and marketing opportunities associated with the project.
3. Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on your project. This covers the time and resources we allocate to project planning and initial development.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made at each milestone are non-refundable once the associated work is completed and approved by the client.
- Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after work has begun but before completion, you will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Refund Requests: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Late Payments
Late payments may result in delays to your project. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Atoclick LLC reserves the right to pause work on the project until payment is made.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and timely manner. If you have concerns about your project, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
6. Free Support:
We offer 3 months of free support starting from the date of service delivery. This free support includes assistance with any issues or minor adjustments related to the service provided.
Post-Support Maintenance:
After the 3-month free support period, clients have the option to:Purchase a Maintenance Service: Starting from $75 per month, this service covers ongoing support and maintenance, including regular updates and any required fixes.Pay-Per-Request: For clients who prefer not to commit to a monthly maintenance plan, you can opt to pay for support on a per-request basis. The cost of each request will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
